Welcome to Day 2 of my blog!
Today I tried to incorporate cardio into my daily routine.Since it was a nice day today, I went outside and went along one of the bike trails!
It was challenging at first but I felt accomplished at the end of it!
In this work out, I used my leg muscles to push the pedals. Cardio is important because it improves heart health.
What other benefits does cardiovascular exercise have?
