I was hesitant at first since I have not played in a long time, but I chose to go
since I committed to this journey. I am
glad that I did because it was a lot of fun and a great workout! My teammates and I decided to make this a regular event, so we will be meeting up once a week for practice and a game.
In my practice and during the game, I used my arm, abdominal, and especially leg muscles.
What other sports can you think of that incorporates multiple areas of your body?
