Why I Started Tracking

 photo giphy 3_zpsykzyqbxt.gifI have decided to start tracking my exercise for a number of reasons:

1. I find it motivating - If I know I have to write down what I do or do not do, it is one more reason to get up and do it

2. Tracking records - I can see how far I have come once I look back to the previous time and what I was able to do then

3. Make healthy choices - It is easier to see the choices I make and helps me to make better choices in the future

4. Goal setting - I can make a personal goal for myself and see if I can reach it
