First Day

Today is my first day to log my exercise! 

I started the day off today with 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups. I then went for a 45 minute walk. 

I wanted a general all-around work out today and tomorrow I'm planning to work on more cardio. What is your favourite cardio workout? Let me know in the comments and I'll see if I can do it!
